3Strands Global Foundation is a nonprofit organization that believes every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, and seen. We created the Elevance Health Empowerment Program to help youth like you explore your goals, build real-life skills, and take steps toward the future you want—on your terms.
Our work is shaped by people who’ve experienced challenges like the ones you might be facing.We listen and learn from our Survivor Advisory Board, a group of strong individuals who share their stories to help others grow and heal. This program isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about giving you tools, choices, and a voice—because your story matters, and your future belongs to you.

What is the Elevance Health Empowerment Program (EHEP)?

The Elevance Health Empowerment Program is a trauma-informed, self-paced learning experience designed to help youth and their support systems navigate real-life challenges with confidence. Through reflection activities, interactive lessons, and safety planning tools, participants build the skills they need to make informed decisions and create pathways toward a safer, more empowered future.

How to Get Started with EHEP

Getting started is simple here’s how you can begin your journey:

1. Choose Your Path

Select whether you’re a youth (13+), caregiver, or professional to get content designed just for you.

2. Sign Up & Log In

Create your free account using an email address. This gives you access to the interactive lessons, tools, and resources.

3. Learn & Take Action

Work through the self‑paced lessons at your own speed, then use the strategies, conversation guides, and planning tools to put what you learn into practice.
